Brought my "New to Me" 2020 Cascadia in for PM Service and to gather a part or two as I live about 4 miles from the shop. Everyone was friendly and professional, i found my mechanic to be meticulous and thorough addressing some of my peripheral concerns while my truck was in his care. I hit the road satisfied, confident with the service provided and looking forward to striving for success with the help of good neighbors. πππππ

I got a check engine light in the morning , they took me in right away and got it fixed the same day so I was good to go back on the road , Really nice people to deal with.

I feel so robbed by this shop. I took my truck in to have my speedometer calibrated. Itβs was new and purchased from their parts department. I set the pegs on the new Speedo to the same settings as the old one and it wasnβt reading correctly. I called the service department to get some advice on what to do, he said they couldnβt give me any advice but could calibrate it for $300. I asked if they could change a couple dash light bulbs while they had it opened up. I ended up paying $658 and my speedometer isnβt calibrated, itβs reading exactly the same as when I dropped it off. And they changed 2 dash light bulbs. My original speedometer was fine but the odometer wasnβt working. So overall I spent $1300 and only got new dash bulbs so far. I guess I learned the hard way.

Austin helped me to have Chris run a quick scan on the Allison Transmission which pulled up codes I have been battling for 2 years. Very grateful as this helps to guide a path the Cummins Mechanics' were reaching dead ends. Nobody can scan a Allison Transmission unless you have the scan system. The next day with knowing the issue would return I scheduled an appointment. I was told, pretty directly the "free-scan" I received the day before was not acceptable and that it would take several hours to run a diag again. I brought the truck in at 8:30am, here we sit at 3pm for a 30 min Allison Transmission scan. Case #16580002

Took truck in for multiple issues. Truck was there for 6 weeks. Got less than 200 miles from shop and a wheel seal went out. Was told by their βpartnerβ dealership(Medford,OR) that it was not due to anything they had done when replacing the disc brakes. Outright lie by them, but replaced the seal under warranty. Got to San Francisco, and the seal was leaking again. Sent an email to Laura about this issue and have yet to hear back about it. Dealership in San Francisco tore down that hub and found that the tone ring is rusted out. This is after Coburg doing the brakes and rotors on the drives. They replaced the tone rings on the rear axle, but not the front axle. Now, Iβm broke down again waiting on parts that should have been replaced by Coburg. Also, the ABS sensor is damaged from the tone ring being rusted. All of this is obvious damage that the tech should have seen considering he had to remove the hubs when replacing the rotors. And of course, there is no recourse to these shops that do sub par work. Six weeks in the shop, and now, I am down for another week waiting on more parts. And, the truck is under warranty, but would not help with getting the RO reworded to get a few item
